Terms of Use

The rules for accessing and using the current Seventi Fantasy service.

Agreement to these Terms

By creating an account or using Seventi Fantasy, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service provider

Seventi Fantasy is provided by Seventi AG, Switzerland. Contact us at support@seventi.com.

Account requirements

You must be at least 12 years old to create an account or use Seventi Fantasy. Provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials confidential and use only accounts you are authorised to use. You are responsible for activity through your account.

Acceptable use

Do not access another account without permission, automate or overload the service, interfere with drafts or service operation, exploit technical vulnerabilities, manipulate the platform, submit unlawful or abusive names or content, harass others, or use the service unlawfully.

Fantasy leagues and drafts

The backend is authoritative for draft order and timing, picks, rosters, lineups, eligibility, scoring, waivers, trades and transactions. Published league settings and product rules apply. We may correct a technical or data-processing error according to those rules; this does not permit arbitrary manipulation of league outcomes.

Commissioners

A league commissioner may administer the settings and actions that the product makes available for that league, including supported pre-draft settings and pausing or resuming an active draft. Commissioner authority is limited to the controls provided by the service and does not replace server-side rules.

Names and other user content

You remain responsible for usernames, team names, league names and similar content you submit. You give Seventi AG the limited right to host, process and display that content as needed to provide the service. You keep ownership of your content. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes rights.

Current free, non-wagering service

The current Seventi Fantasy service is free to use and does not provide entry-fee contests, real-money wagering, betting, cash prizes or financial rewards. Fantasy points and draft budgets have no cash value. Any future paid or prize product would require separate terms and review.

Sports data, scoring and results

The service depends on third-party National League and SIHF schedules, player information, statistics and results. External feeds can be delayed, unavailable or corrected. Fantasy results follow Seventi Fantasy’s authoritative scoring and data processing, and Seventi AG may correct data-processing errors consistently with the applicable rules.

Service availability

The service may be unavailable or interrupted because of maintenance, failures, network conditions or external data feeds. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Product changes

We may change or discontinue features and may update rules for future operation of the service. Material changes that require updated terms will be reflected in the version published here.

Intellectual property

Seventi AG and its licensors retain rights in Seventi, Seventi Fantasy, the software, interface, branding and original product content. These Terms do not claim ownership of National League or club marks, player likenesses, or third-party statistics. Those items remain subject to their respective owners’ rights.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security risks, material breaches of these Terms or interference with the service. We may terminate an account for a serious or repeated breach, subject to applicable mandatory law.

Account deletion

You may permanently delete your account in the app through Account → Delete account, or request deletion by emailing support@seventi.com. An email request is verified where appropriate and is not automatic. Some shared competition history remains under Deleted Manager as described in the Privacy Policy. A live or paused draft must finish or be cancelled before deletion can complete.

Disclaimers

Seventi Fantasy is a recreational fantasy sports service provided on an as-available basis. Sports data and results can change. Do not rely on the service for betting, financial or other high-stakes decisions. Statutory rights and warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Liability

To the extent allowed by applicable law, Seventi AG is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from service interruptions, external data failures or ordinary use of the free service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is prohibited by mandatory law.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Disputes are handled by the courts competent under applicable law. No specific court venue is designated in these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be published on this page. Continued use after an update is subject to applicable law.
